An Indiana State Trooper has pleaded guilty following an incident at a Fishers restaurant last August. Christopher Dyer pleaded guilty to a charge of resisting law enforcement. He was originally charged with criminal recklessness and public intoxication after witnesses said he was waving a gun inside the restaurant. Dyer had a blood-alcohol content of point-two-seven percent.
