The City of Anderson Transit System will provide its services free of charge again today. The city wants to provide an opportunity for everyone to get where they are going safely. Anderson has also opened warming stations in that city. Those in need can go to the Salvation Army on Meridian Street or The Church Upon The Rock on East 29th.
