The city of Muncie is encouraging residents to report streetlight outages so they can be remedied. City Street Superintendent Duke Campbell says that people are likely to notice streetlights that are out because of longer hours of darkness this fall. People who want to report streetlight outages should call the city street department at 747-4847.
