Two juvenile escapees from the Robert Kinsey Youth Center in Kokomo have been captured. Howard County Sheriff’s deputies were called to northside church where the 2 boys were found. The Kokomo Tribune reports the suspects originally escaped from a youth center in southern Indiana and were to be transported back when they escaped from Howard County officials.
